I know exactly how you feel. I feel like I literally wasted this whole year. I regret doing Further so much. All the hard work I put in literally went to nothing. *sighs* Oh well, its in the past now, and what is done is done. Hoping to manage at least 46, but, got to wait for results!

my thoughts exactly :(

For question 4, the radius question, what I did was 720=pixr^2  500=pixr^2 and solved for r, divided them and got 1.2. If you cube root this, you get 1.7218 (the answer). Would I possibly get one mark for doing the first step?

BTW, I have no idea why I worked out the scale factor with the radius. My last question and I was short on time.

I think exam 1 was slightly more difficult, exam 2 was pretty standard. Core was pretty straight forward. Although matrices was definitely more difficult in both exams. I think what will seperate most students from high 40's to low 40's will be the amount of careless errors and misinterpretations of questions, which I am definitely a victim of haha.

For the Graphs and relations question, I did not draw in the line y=10 so I shaded and stated the points of the feasible region on the graph. So i was just wondering if I would receive a consequential mark for the minimum cost question as I worked it out using the corner points of the feasible region that I shaded and how many marks would i lose?

Thanks

If I got 39/40 for exam 1, and 50/60 for exam 2, in the middle of a weak cohort, what SS am I looking at?

The examiner's going to have a laugh when they get my paper. And they said you couldn't guess in Exam 2.

For those guys discussing the discus question and saying it was a trick question. It was, but it was more so a trick question for those who thought it was a trick question (confusing yes I know).

The length ratio must be cubed, not squared, because they are similar shapes, implying that ALL aspects are similar, even the thickness.

For those saying it is length squared, not once did it say in that question that the discus' thickness/depth were the same, and this cant be assumed from a diagram either.. this isnt viscom.

Any other thoughts on it?
