I did my further last week. I just realise I wrote my name in the 'word' section instead if my number in word. Will they fail me or something? Cos I heard we must not show our name. :(((

Well technically yeah, you're not supposed to write your name. That's why they use your VCAA Student Number instead, so that the Examiner doesn't know your name.

However, I'd say to contact VCAA, but I'm guessing they would've already sorted out the Papers and its probably already sent off to your assessor, if not already delivered to them. But I guess its worth a shot to call VCAA or let your VCE Coordinator know first thing tomorrow morning. That's all you can really do right now.

Oh, and I don't believe they can fail you though.

EDIT: Wait, did you say Further last week - Exam 1? Isn't that the Multiple Choice Exam? It gets automatically scanned, not manually marked.

I had to call up VCAA before because I wrote my student number incorrectly in the Methods exam today. The chick on the phone was like 'email us your name, school and actual student number and explain that you've incorrectly written down your student number, and we will try to intercept the exam when the packages arrive later on during the week'.
She made it sound as if VCAA were some spy agency or something, was pretty funny imo.

I also accidentally  wrote my name in my Further Exam  too. and i am pretty sure it doesn't matter because it doesn't say anywhere, you cant write your name.

They have to sign the seal on the bags with the exams. It is kind of like a spy agency. At my school they have three armored vehicles and you don't know which on the exams are in at any time.
