Haha, whoops, thanks for drawing it to my attention then :P

OKAY! Done! (Except for the last question).

The answers are now available here: http://cnncted.co/1b6QDT9

The cold-water immersion question I basically said everything you said with the reduced blood flow due to the cold, but didn't specify the word vasoconstriction. Lose a mark?

If you have a really good answer I think you'll get full marks :) I know I said "almost essential" (I'll probably stick to that, although maybe Hanson disagrees), and that's because VCAA has made a point of that on contrast water therapy questions, but if you've made it clear you understand the concept through other means, you should be rewarded. And i guess you could talk about other things; quite a few mechanisms exist here.

for 6c #3 with the muscular power jumps can you say add repetitions to a max of 6

You'll be fine, these things happen. I found 1a a bit of a noodle-scratcher, haha. Honestly. It's a pretty typical question from VCAA though, 2 was good.

Yeah, that should be okay.

For the muscular power jumps is 'increase repetition by %10' a reasonable answer?

also with 13 a i am just a bit confused. i said with anaerobic training i said phelps would build lactate tolerance. this means he can work at a high intensity despite the build up of metabolic by products

Yea. Damn I used variety for training strategy what was I thinking?

Also.. for that question where you need to fill in the component and an overload method do you think that muscular endurance and flexibility could be accepted? I did those in my training program as muscular endurance and flexibility, disappointments. :(

Pretty sure muscular endurance would be ok ?
