Russian Revolution; can I use New Style dates?

I've been using both throughout my SAC this year and I'm just trying to figure out which would be easier for me to use on the exam in terms of memorisation. Can i use New Style dates on the exam tomorrow?

As far as I know, you can use either as long as you are consistent :)
