Oh wow that's so weird! For our final assembly we had an ensemble cast of MC's who volunteered (so about 20 people MC'd at our final assembly as well as School Captains opening and ending) but for the "formal events" such as Valedictory and later on Presentation Night, it's the School Captains speaking...

yeah apparently my school used to have it like that but they've changed it and it's bullshit.
Like no offence to others but if you wanted to speak at events and do things like this you should've
a) applied for a leadership role
or b) volunteered to do things like this ages ago, not just take it from people at the last minute...

sorry had to rant about this lol I'm still upset

Haha it's all good! I can definitely see where you're coming from especially with people doing things at the last minute which gets annoying :|
Either way, I'm sure you went off with a bang with your last speech as School Vice-Captain tashhhaaa!

Or get the DUX of your school. Then you can say whatever you want in your speech, and no one will stop you.

So Uh.. was this before he/she got the role? XD
Nah it was the school captain when we were in year 7
He went down in history as the greatest man ever to lead the school (although our school has quite a history of student/teacher relationships lol)

I'm guessing most of us have finished school now, what's your guys' plan of attack over the next week and a bit?

I'm still unsure whether I will dedicate full days to certain subjects (e.g. do something like 4 physics exams in a day, 4 chem exams the next etc), or split it up more like I have been

I am doing 1 exam for each subject a day, while reading a proportion of my english texts, then on the weekends i do 2 english exams

1 exam per day for 4 subjects, so around 7-8 hours. And i relax by reading the english texts which arent that bad.
