Feeling like I should take bets on my ATAR and study scores - that way I'll at least make money from the mess that VCE has become  :P

Well I'd like to say that it's probably a bit too early to be judging scores and whatnot now since you've still got plenty of subjects to finish off! Just take the weekend resting up and getting yourself in the right shape by and you'll come home strong appleandbee (knowing the work you've put in throughout the year, it should hold true :) )

Do it for the motivating factor. I have a $500 bet with my mate to beat him by at least 30 aggregate points. Ever since I took up that bet, studying has legit gone up by 300% lol

Just a random question:

I'm sick with a very bad cold (so close to the exam tho...) and need to blow my nose like every 20 seconds. Is it okay to bring in a box of tissues into the exam? (If not the whole box, then maybe like a small packet or something)

Is this allowed?

Or do I have to go through the exam without it (that'd be such a pain tho)

They have tissues in the exam hall (at least in my school). That sounds awful :(

There should be plenty of tissues in the exam room, what you can do is bring it in, and make sure you check with the people there first. They're generally quite nice and will let you use it after looking at it!

Lol I've brought a little pack of tissues and a handkerchief to the past two exams (English and Psych) and they didn't say anything to me.

I bought tissues into my exams last year. I just kept them in my pockets.

I hope you get better though! :)
