idk whether i'm reading in sarcasm due to on point language analysis skills or whether there was a genuine love of schooling beneath this post haha.

I think he's serious, I mean I agree. Despite all the hard work etc year 12 is the most enjoyable year imo.

Nah year 12 was mint! Noone really expects anything of you, you have your license, 18ths every weekend, and I enjoyed the hustle of exams ahaha, viewed it as a challenge not just an obstacle I had to get past

In years to come we will look back and remember the days when all you had to do to succeed was a few past papers and memorise some quotes. If only real life was as easy as year 12!

That being said I'm keen to finish, these next 3 months will be even better!

I actually hated year 12 tbh, but it wasn't because of the work at all.

But that being said, if you have a good group of friends and a supportive school you will enjoy it :)

Worst part of finishing year 12 is knowing you'll actually have to start doing housework now

no more being holed up in my room 'studying'
aahhh hahaha

OMG so fucking true, like legit my parents are like 'no more i'm studying excuse' and then as soon as I wake up today, MY FIRST OFFICIAL DAY OFF, make me mow the lawn... rip

Ahaha i was kidding, but yeah this is quite true - my yr 12 experience was really positive as well :)
i think it's just when people let the stress of exams get to them they sort of lose out on this perspective!!!
Goodluck with the last few exams!!!

Nah mate. I refuse to allow people to have fun until I'm done as well. In fact, everyone has to spend the next 5 days writing German essays with me, no excuses.

Until you graduate? Crazy. You Yr11s are simply vultures, ready to prey on our slowly dying thread and steal our yr12 hoodies, formals, and objectively superior personalities.

We'll need a new brand for this thread, guys.

As a single year 11 I propose a fight to the death to determine who our representative will be.
