Tbh, i got nekked yesterday and watched like 5 hours of anime, sooooo all in all, if you can actually achieve a balance b/w both over the long run you'll be a lot better off mentally than someone like me who studies 10 hours one day and then studies 30 minutes the next :P

Yeah. I watched like 5 episodes of Ray Donovan yesterday (roughly 50 minutes each)...no ragrets.

So...recommend any animes? I've watched Death Note (and loved it)...and that's it tbh...

mirai nikki is good, I liked mai hime/mai otome but that's a bit more niche.

Premise of each is:
- Diaries that predict the future / deathmatch comedy style thing
- something something cliche amine grilz summoning cool monsters also deathmatch comedy
- same as above but instead it's rich people/governments with some kind of mech girls from some mech school that do crazy mech things instead of monsters

hmm perhaps try Code Geass? takes a bit longer to get into imo, but was really enjoyable. And of course, Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood- that series is incredible. Yeah definitely try FMAB.

Death Note's fantastic, don't we just all want to be L during exams and be like 'heh screw you VCAA i've already analysed the 12971 variations of problems that went through your head and i can reverse engineer the exam so that there is a cumulative probability of 0 for me to get anything below a Premier's Award. In fact, I'll even create another 3 pseudonyms and then do the exam 4 times so all the premier's awards for that subject goes to me'

I actually got through the entire Claymore series during my 7 hour anime stint over two days (the anime is pretty bad though, the manga is way better because of character development and what not, so reading that would be better), then there's the classics like Bleach, Naruto and Fairy Tail (satiating my inner childishness of adoring super OP protagonists who beat the shit out of everyone).

Like Mighty + Splash said, their recommendations are fantabulous (all worth a try, not even joking).

What are you guys planning on doing tomorrow in preparation for methods? I'm getting really nervous. I basically have no exams left to do. Should I just not do any methods at all tomorrow and focus on Specialist (cause I'm probably going to fail those exams lol)? I don't really know what to do.

also i just finished doing the 2006 exam 1, and this was my third time and i still could not get 40/40, got 39/40. i mistakenly assumed cos(2pi/3) = root3/2 for the y-intercept of the cos graph.

anyone know how to avoid this? far out.. should I just take it easy and slow, or ?

Personally i'd advise to just take the day off. If you're aiming for high 40s an extra two exams won't change your standings/likelihood of getting high 40s, and the extra rest and refreshment is probably going to make a larger difference.

A refreshed brain is probably the difference between a 48-50 and a 45 imo. You'll need to do ~5-10 exams for that difference in skill

Haha, well I could probably still find enough exams somewhere to get me through the day. I haven't actually done the iTute ones at all now that i think about it? Should I just spend the day doing those or something (since I hear they are really hard)?

Ah fond memories of Mirai Nikki (memorable due to the Queen of Yandere's being in it :')

Good to see that they have Krone in the video xD
But you've got to listen to it in its entirety: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d10_sLHZNhA
Otherwise, anything from Two Steps from Hell is good study music imo
