it's like homesickness but you'll never be able to return to school as a student :/ i went back to school a few times for various things but everything seems so different already

Anyone involved in uni debating here? (it's much more fun than dav imo)

Whenever I see kids in uniforms, I tend to reminisce...

Yeah I'm doing uni debating (didn't tryout for Easters though as I had commitments that night :( ). The topics are more interesting and you get to learn the tricks of the trade from the debating gods. Are you going to Presidents Cup?

Drop it if you can, lectures are sub-par, assignments are dreadfully ambiguous at times.

While my passion for Economics hasn't been destroyed, the lecturer is mediocre (many people leave the lecture hall 15 minutes early). The one next semester doesn't seem much better either (from my personal dealings with a few issues about tutorials). In previous years, Jeff Borland (an Econ guru) lectured the subject. The subject content is awesome, but you can read the textbook for that...

Ooh nice I thought there'd be another person on here at Monash Minds (would be a coincidence if I bumped into you LOL).
Not sure since I'm already volunteering as an AMA with Access Monash but I'd definitely like to give it a go (wouldn't mind going to either but I think 11 people on the Sydney trip would be more fun)! How about you? :)

Not sure if I will either since a few things coincide with the dates but it certainly sounds really interesting!

Out of all the workshops, I really enjoyed the impromptu speaking one (really good since it charged me up since it was a long day)... notebook was nice and meeting new people (as well as catching up with others) was good too xD How did you find it? c:

And @cooldude123/Splash-Tackle-Flail, should convene for meetup in a fortnight if you guys can!

Harder than school because we move so fast, and things kind of pile up if you miss a few days of study. However, WAY funnder funner (lol Stasiland) and way more enjoyable.

Further investigation is needed, on a scale of 1-10, what's your tendency to clutch?
