I did Russia for section A! I was happy with my response to the April Theses but thought my discussion was too broad. My points were that it provoked class conflict among the bourgeoisie and the proletariat classes, destabilized the cooperation between the PG and Soviets and allowed the Bolsheviks to launch a powerful rivalry campaign against the government due to their failures in the Kerensky Offensive, Kornilov Revolt exc.

The peasant question also threw me off! I had all this primary evidence to back up the industrial workers and the nobility's contribution to the revolution but nothing about peasants! So I pretty much rambled on for a whole page occasionally throwing in totally unrelated figures and dates just to at least show that I had some content knowledge  :D

I had the same sort of thing with the April Theses question, used information relevant to the time frame but not necessarily to the Theses cause I had a total blank. I think the peasant question was difficult because it was so much easier to talk about the role of the workers and nobility rather than the peasants.
