...aaaaaaaaaaand he's found his first mistake. How many marks do you think I'll drop on the three mark question 5e for having friction acting up the plane rather than down it  :'(

I think all they can give you is the method mark for finding the distance, I'm not sure if they would give a consequential mark for the answer within the same question. So yeah you're probably looking at 1/3 unfortunately.

Ergh, thanks anyway man. I'm not sure if this goes into the realm of study score prediction, but can you 50 in Spesh off a 40 exam 1 and a 78 exam 2?

I actually checked that question over quite a few times. Sigh.
