it wasn't too bad and quite happy with it. Only annoyance was the definition of "informational". I just wrote communicating in the form of verbal information such as meetings and worded communication (emails, memos)

Wtf!

If an autocratic leader is in charge, and an employee left because of dissatisfaction, then word could get out and affect chances for future recruitment to fill that spot. A consultative leader would be best for that position as the employee would leave happily, possibly even with the manager helping them find further employment.

That's my guess anyway!

The question about Hertzberg and Locke's theory confused me. How exactly did you evaluate their theories?

I think it was a fair exam! The first two questions of question 1 were a godsend... can't believe VCAA used such easy questions. The only questions that threw me was question 5 regarding kotter's theory and ethical and socially responsibility. As for the 10 mark question, a bit thrown together but I think it provided us with a lot of stimulus to achieve 10 marks!

Q5 was poop. Kotter+social/ethical is a nightmare. Also, for the termination phase part I just wrote about every management style and how they would handle termination :S

Impressed with the 10 marker even though it was a bit challenging, it wasn't a stupid question like I was expecting it to be.

Really? I didn't even bother reading the stimulus.

Aha. Also loved how they used the exact same questions from past exams (2012, I think?) for contributions to the economy and centralised v decentralised.
