Really? I didn't even bother reading the stimulus.

Aha. Also loved how they used the exact same questions from past exams (2012, I think?) for contributions to the economy and centralised v decentralised.

Are you talking about the 10 mark question?
I thought the whole point of that was to address the 3 dot points regarding the employment cycle?
How could you answer it by not reading the stimulus?

Woops I meant that above that part the stimulus wasn't really useful.

That makes more sense! :)
Yeah that part of the question really had no use, which was a little bit surprising.

I really enjoyed this exam, straightforward questions of which had plenty of room for discussion.
Any predictions for the A+ cut off?

Because it was so good, I'm thinking A+ Cutoff of 57/65. :)

Yeah that sounds pretty fair, although that's almost 10% higher than last years exam.
Is there usually that much variance in A+ marks from each year?

Really? I thought that it said you have to refer to management 'processes' or strategies in all of the dot points provided. E.g. training and development in the maintenance phase, then apply KPI etcetc..
or am i just the weird one LOL

No I think you're right, I think Lala meant that there was no specific case study to base the answer upon.
That's what I did anyway!

Yes kennedyj1310, not communicating properly here, probably just a bit too excited that I've finished school -finally-.
Yeah, there was no scenario that we had to respond to.
Also yeah I read that cookies.

Yeah that is what I was referring to when I said stimulus... the fact that it directly stated to refer to management processes and strategies!

A good exam. I enjoyed it, it was fair and interesting. I felt that the last question was quite accessible and could have been approached in a variety of waves such as purely theoretical, or a combination of both theory and an example from an LSO you have studied.

what did you guys refer to in the question about relaying kotter's to ethical practises??
i mentioned how its a sort of low risk approach to change management and alluded to the whole communication of the vision and institutionalising change to meet expectations etc

Interesting to see what the assessors report will say about how to go about the 10 marker, I'm sure different people went about it different ways. Struggled to finish in time and probably needed 5-10 more mins, at least I answered every question, even if it was only enough to get 4/6.... Still unsure about Kotter and ESR.
