Exams and my attitude towards them

Now that VCE exams are over for me, I thought I'd say this.

To all VCE students:
I apologise for my unwarranted and hurtful comments about the perceived difficulties of the exams. I genuinely was unaware that they would cause offence, as I would not have felt offended if people understated the difficulty of an exam I had struggled with. The experience has brought to my attention exactly how apathetic I am towards others' emotions, and for that, I am sorry. I hope I did not end up ruining anyone's day, but if so, I apologise.

Man, I have so much respect for you right now. If I could, I'd be up-voting your post several times. We all make mistakes, but it takes real courage to accept accountability for them. Well done, mate, thank you and good luck for your results. :)

Wow thanks Stick! I wasn't expecting that result (:

To be honest, I only logged onto ATARnotes to stalk nliu's profile to see what he was doing after VCE haha.

No need to apologize imo, you sparked some very entertaining and thoughtful discussions.

Cheers man appreciate it. I think the problem is that you are just so incredibly intelligent that your problems seem minor in comparison to ours! I have to second everybody else, such a courageous effort to accept responsibility for your mistakes. You truly are a good guy greg. Much respect man xx

I dunno what you look like, but I want to walk into a calculus 2 lecture (we don't need to do calc 1 because we did spesh right?) and just yell out "NLIU1995!"!

Ah...if I get into Accelerated Maths, I won't end up doing calc 2 :P

Hahaha thanks everyone. Makes me feel slightly more accepted here now :D

Whenever people use emoticons or terms like "lol" I imagine them sitting in front of the computer screen, face expressionless, just mashing the "l" and "o" keys together.

Funny you mention that nliu, I had noticed! I was going to say something when MJ said that, but I didn't want to ruin the feelsiness of the moment
