Best Legal Resources?

Hi there guys :)

I was just wondering what you think the best Legal resources are for Units 3 & 4? It looks like I'll be doing it by corrospondence, so I don't know what textbook I need yet. It'll be a fast track subject along with Lit and so hopefully I should have enough time to put in to hope for a good score. Therefore, wondering what can give me an advantage? I'll probably get the AN guide, (I think there's one, I should check...) What's Checkpoints like? Are there any others that are good?

Thanks :)

A+ Notes is good. Summarizes the whole course very well without leaving out any concepts, very good for strengths/weaknesses.

Found myself using this book more than my actual textbook as the textbook tends to have a lot of irrelevant content. (At least my one did anyway)

Hallo everyone

I also really like A+ notes. Nice summary.

I liked doing more practice exams more though. Notes arent really helpful because knowing the content was never a struggle.

So: practice exams better to improve examination technique; A+ notes for good course summary :))

Oh getting an alternative tectbook is also good. I liked Making and breakign the law by Jules Aldous. Really good book. bascically like Beazer's book but less irrelevant stuff.!!

I'm going to promote myself here and say that the CPAP Study Guide is good! It's written specifically with writing for and in the exam/SACs in mind. I'm given good feedback, at least!
[Update: full for 2018.] I give Legal lectures through CPAP, and am an author for the CPAP 'Legal Fundamentals' textbook and the Legal 3/4 Study Guide.
Available for private tutoring in English and Legal Studies.
Experience in Legal 3/4 assessing; author of Legal textbook; degrees in Law and English; VCE teaching experience in Legal Studies and English. Legal Studies [50] English [50] way back when.
Good luck!
