This year I was probably the most stressed out kid that put the most pressur eon themself to get a high ATAR and now I'm drunk and totally not caring haha. Oh will I get a suprise at 7am!

All the more reason to celebrate, man!

Also, does anybody else sorta feel like it's Christmas Eve right now? I really feel like I'm 8 years old again, except instead of Santa it's VCAA and instead of presents it's all my hopes and dreams

GIRLS have triumphed in this year's VCE.

But almost twice as many boys have scored the top tertiary entrance rank.

Almost 47,000 students will start receiving their Australian Tertiary Admission Rank from 7am today - ending weeks of nervous waiting.

More than 97 per cent of eligible students have been awarded the end-of-school certificate, with the completion rate narrowly higher for girls.

Victorian Tertiary Admissions Centre director Elaine Wenn said the average tertiary entrance rank was 65.4 for girls compared with 63.3 for boys.
