Hey,
sorry for such a late reply, but I miiight be able to help with this a bit

(Section Two was my best section on last year's UMAT)
Section Two is tricky in that with Section One and Three, you can logically work it out but with all this emotional stuff it's all a bit more subjective.
So things that I found helpful were:
1. Ruling out the extremities
Often (but not always) there are one or two answer with extremes, the sort of things which is true you'd probably consider unreasonable or disproportionate reactions to the situation. So you can cross it out
2. Picturing the scenario
So some people do this naturally, but if not, try really visualising whatever's happening, it might help with understanding what's going on and what might happen next
3. Empathise
Put yourself in the character's shoes. Ask yourself how you'd feel if that were happening to you, or if the character is like your polar opposite, pick a friend who's similar to the character and try think about what they'd do
This is just what I did, but yeah, hopefully it might help a bit?
Good luck on the UMAT!
