I'm 100% sure this accurate because head of physics is the chief examiner this year :)

No he can not teach year 12 physics this year because he is chief examiner.

However he does teach uni physics.

My teacher is the guy who made the crystal machine thingy.

If this is true, I feel sorry for a lot of smart kids who just made silly MC mistakes. How weird will the assessment report be: "125 students received the maximum marks awarded"
