What sort of marks would I need to be able to do an internal transfer into Bachelor of Arts? My ATAR was 90.00, 2.35 below the Arts cutoff.

I'd say High Distinctions (HD) throughout your subjects.

EDIT: Then again, it's probably best to call the coordinator of Arts. His name is  Professor Mark Considine

HDs would probably guarantee a transfer but I'd say a D average is still competitive.

You'd be fine with a 75+ average. This isn't like transferring into Law at Monash.

I was told a 75% average would get me an external transfer into BSci at UoM (which is basically the same ATAR cutoff) so I imagine it would be the same for you, if not easier.
2012 ATAR - 86.75
2013 ATAR - 88.50
2014: BSci (Statistics) at RMIT
2015 - 2017: BCom at UoM
