Any resource recommendations for my upcoming SAC?

Hey guys,
I have a SAC coming this week on movement across membranes (its a prac btw)
I was wondering, are there any resources you would recommend me to check out just to consolidate my understanding on it?
I've tried answering questions and revising the material I've covered so is there anything you'd recommend?

I also would like to add that I'm terrible at writing experimental reports and we're expected to write one for our experiment so I'm dreading  :-[.

Thanks heaps!

If you're doing the same prac as I did, involving diffusion across dialysis tubing. Read these;
https://sites.google.com/site/janewang03/lab-reports/osmosis-lab-report
http://kvhs.nbed.nb.ca/gallant/biology/osmolab.html

also look up the prac on youtube so know exactly what is happening.

As far as conceptual knowledge, I can't really say much other than make sure you know exactly what osmosis is and what it's effects will be on volume etc.

The effect of red blood cells in salt water also came up in my sac, but that might be a very school specific question. But yeah, if you have been looking at specific examples of diffusion/osmosis etc within cells in class, look them up again because they may come up.
