General tips for Anatomy and Physiology

Hi, I’m guessing that a few people on here would have done some anatomy and physiology classes so
I was just wondering if anyone had any tips for these types of classes, in terms of revision and memorising structures and functions, or for studying

Any advice would be great.
Thank you :)

Physiology is based more on understanding than ROTE learning. I found reading the textbook (the prescribed readings) helped to consolidate the knowledge that I had learned in my lectures, wrote out the notes that I had made in lectures by hand and did as many past papers as I could.

As for anatomy, I'll let someone else comment on that as it is not my strong suit.
2012-2014. BSc: Neuroscience. University of Melbourne.
2015-2018. Doctor of Optometry. University of Melbourne.

Unlikely to respond to any PMs these days.
