Selling practice exams
« on: March 23, 2014, 01:05:42 pm »
Sorry for bringing this up again guys, but i have a plethora of exams which my brother has brought but has never used (used a couple but am only selling non written on ones), is this illegal to sell? he has brought them a while ago end of 2012 and never seemed to use it. I don't want to throw out 100+ exams that haven't been written on, because its a waste and all that paper going to no use is no good for the environment!

Anyone can correct me if I'm wrong, but I think that as long as you aren't illegally photocopying/posting them online then selling them individually is fine. As long as you aren't sending PDFs to the people you're selling them to or something. Hard copies should be ok!

i don't have them as pdf, only way i could do that is by scanning, which would take me weeks for all these. Its pretty much a waste o money and paper if i just chuck them in a bin, might as well get something for what their worth

I would be interested in purchasing methods, specialist, physics and chem if you do decide to sell.

6a. Digital content that is copyrighted that you do not have a license to sell is illegal
6b. Selling commercial practice exams, whether in hard or digital copy, is not allowed

Sorry guys, but we are not copyright lawyers and AN cannot afford the risk of being subject to a lawsuit from a practice exam company.
