Just wondering when are the award recipients for the Premier's VCE Awards 2014, for the 2013 academic year, released or announced?

Also, based on previous award winners, do you you think I have a chance to receive an award in:

Accounting (196/200)
IT Applications (129/140)

Cheers ! :)

Wow Congrats!

I know someone who scored 199/200 in accounting and I think the top 5 get premier's awards so your 196 probably won't get one
A friend of mine recently found out he got a premiers award for bio, so perhaps they've already sent out emails
don't be disheartened though, your scores are perfect (I could only dream of scores like that)

thats correct, only top 5 get premiers. You might not have a chance with those scores, but nonetheless, 50 is a amazing score. You always have this year, remember that ;)

Yeh, premiers are super competitive and I think for accounting and it the OP just missed out by a few marks. I know someone who has already found out so yeh.

Still an amazing performance though.

Sometime soon I guess, since the ceremony is tomorrow. Names will probably be posted here http://www.education.vic.gov.au/about/awards/pages/vceawards.aspx

Also technically the winners have been "embargoed" (cause, you know, we're trade nations  ???) so I can neither confirm nor deny any of this *shifty eyes*

see y'all tomorrow ;D
