Wasted time during term holidays

I know, how horrible of me :( Is there any way I can catch up on my 2 3/4s? I'm going to try my best, even though I haven't received a very good first sac mark in biology (75%)....
Procrastinating probably wasn't the best thing to do LOL. Can anyone else relate?

Completely.
I had such high hopes for myself these holidays to catch up on a lot of work and get some decent study in so that I'd be better prepared for term 2. I managed to complete 60% of my work and do no study.
Do I feel bad? Yeah, a bit. Amongst the relaxation of the holidays I definitely wasted time that could've been a bit more productive and instead I've shot myself in the foot because I know that sooner or later I'll have to catch up on it. I took some advice from Brendorn to relax these holidays, and it was good advice. I know that each term break after this is going to be more crazier and intense so being able to squeeze whatever free-time I can is a nice thing to experience before year 12 kicks into overdrive.

Can I come back from it? Definitely. Right now, being up to date with class work puts me at a pretty good place to be. I might not be ahead of someone else, but I'm also not lagging behind. Catching up is much harder when you're further behind than everyone else.
No doubt I'm going to have to work harder this term even if it is to catch up on whatever holiday work I wanted to do, but I was going to work hard anyway and I am by no means in a bad place to be.

If you want some real life examples to reassure you: When I was doing Chem 3/4 we had started and finished DNA, Biomolecules, Biofuels, that entire portion of AOS2 somewhere around midterm 2.  I'm pretty sure I didn't actually learn the content until I did it myself halfway through term 3. So yeah, I think you can catch up on your two 3/4s and still do well :)
