Vtextbook purchase

Hi everyone, I bought vtextbook at the age careers and vce expo along with my two other friends. We was supposed to receive my login details on Monday but i can see the website's practice section isn't up yet. The guy who sold us this service told us we would get the login details emailed to us on monday but haven't recieved anything so far. The link on the voucher i received is invalid : http://www.vtextbook.com/expo What should i do? They don't reply to emails and don't have a contact number. Thanks for your help!

This might seem like a stupid question but is the practice section of vTextbook free or do we have to pay?

Hey guys, apologies for the small delay. Everything is 99% ready. We're just putting the finishing touches on the login and tracking (of your answers to questions) systems and we'll go live with everything and get everyone who bought subscriptions at the expo immediate access. At this point we're tracking for a launch some time between Friday and Monday. I'll update this thread if there's any change to this forecast.

Practice content is subscription-based. All of the course theory videos will remain free.

We're working on Bio! We'll release as soon as we have it.

Also, here are some screenshots I just took of what the practice content looks like (very close to launch!)

As you can see we still need to sort out things like renaming that topic test to Unit 3, and some more important coding issues and we'll launch immediately.

Thanks for that. Also, will the practice content also include short-answer questions?
