Yeah I've been getting 60-70% of the questions correct on Medentry exam papers too (and absolutely atrocious MedEntry percentiles). I think that given that MedEntry is repution-wise, more difficult than the actual UMAT to some extent, it isn't a too-bad score, but definitely not superb. I think between now and Wednesday, it's important to read through the worked solutions, and in doing that, basically look at things you've done wrong, and how you can avoid such things on the day of the actual UMAT.

By reading through worked solutions, looking at things you've done wrong and keeping these at the back of your mind while doing questions in the UMAT, you're taking strategies into the exam. I've been doing terribly at the Medentry practice papers, but I'm not so much worried about my marks - instead, I'm focussing more on things I've done wrong and how I can rectify these, leading up to the UMAT.

Positivity is also important - if you're going to sit there saying, 'I'm going to fail', you'll approach the test with pessimism and this is really likely to stress you out and hinder your ability to do well. So, remain positive, cool, calm and collected, and also be excited about doing it (as insanely difficult as that sounds), because being enthusiatic means you're more likely to engage with the material and thus decipher the answers with more accuracy.

Thank you so much!!! Duly noted :)

for those who have done it

how was it??

i had to guess the last 10 or so......because ran out of time

overall the difficulty level of the test wasn't as bad as everyone was saying it would be.

I completed section 1 and 3 questions comfortably but section 2 was relatively difficult. Differentiating between the last 2-3 options was quite hard and so I spent excessive time on section 2 problems. How did you find it mate?

Section 3 wasn't as hard as the ACER practice tests were. Section 1 was okay but Section 2 threw me off a lot. There were such big words like "jovial" and I was just sitting there like

hey everyone
Umat is now over!!! (for those who did the am session) and will be over for everyone else soon too.
I would like to discuss how everyone did??

i did alright in s3 (easier than expected and i am not a medentry student)
s2 was also okay, but some weird words!!
s1 wasn't hard per say but i did run out of time and so guessed about 10-15 questions in the end  :(

I thought it was so cute that they felt the need to define "Lol" in that question. It was a fun read too lmfao

Section 3 I found easiest, most of sections 1 and 2 was good too. Gosh the alternatives for some of those section 2 questions. That LOL question was hilarious!
