Hi guys,

Does anyone know how the TSFX intensive 10 week programs compare to other companies in terms of cost/quality. I checked the website but there is not a lot of information about the program at the moment.

Thanks.  :)

Just went to day one of TSFX methods. It was pretty darn good :)

Fully explained common student mistakes, exam tips and tricks and others coupled with 80 pages of brillant notes :D. However, TSFX is not all that's cracked to be, unlike the brochures. lol

TSFX intensive 10 week programs are pretty damn expensive.. but they are worth it if you get the right teachers.. the notes are basically the only things you need at TSFX. that's all they use in the classes.. go through the book and qs. Except for 1 person.. Byron for Chemistry. He's the best Chemistry teacher ever from my point of view. He teaches his own way and leaves things out which he is pretty sure would not be in exam and it didn't end up in the exam. If you are going there for Chemistry get Byron. For other subjects im not too sure.

But yeah.. basically $600 for a couple of books.. not worth it but getting the right teachers would certainly be worth it because the notes are basically summarising the important parts of the textbook.

I second your support for Byron. He has had unanimous support out of all the TSFX teachers I have had. That said, however, TSFX have a pretty good team all around. The more unmentioned and less popular teachers are definitely still good quality teachers, but maybe not completely worth your money.

it saves time for me :D

legal tsfx 2daii waws very gud

length(2daii) = length(today)
length(waws) = length(was) + 1
length(gud) + 1 = length(good)

So your benefit in terms of characters is 0, and your cost is that you look like a retard, LOL :)

it makes me look retarded over the net using shorened or in your case lengthened words  ??? umm yerr, right doesn't really bother me  ;) i like the way i talk over the NET which obviously does not require the attention of others because for literate people the words are easily recognisable :) not saying your illiterate; just a little online thing, no need to stress over it buddy.

actually literate people would prefer proper language, as they know the way it should be done
its the illiterate who wouldn't worry, as they know the words for the sound, not the word for its written form.

as i said i don't really care how i right online because the majority of people understand what i am saying however a minority like to question the arrangment of letters that i put together even though they cearly understand what i am saying.

overall i don't really mind if you think the wording is retarded because at the end of the day, it means nothing to me :)   i already know you understood it and there's the main point.

so if you don't like my writing it's ok, and if you think im illiterate because i write differently online being this is not an assesment task or a SAC or and exam that i should be caucious of, well that's also ok but just don't get all stressed and worry about it and think about it all day as it won't do you any good. Just a bit of advice there ;) life goes on...
