Recordings:

Mass of salicylic acid used: 3.00g
Mass of Büchner filter + filter paper: 28.39g
Mass of product + Büchner filter + filter paper: 30.60g
⇨   Mass of product = 30.69g – 28.39g = 2.21g
Mass of product for testing: 0.20g

Analytical Results:

Concentration from spectrometer of salicylic acid: 0.00026 mol / L
Convert to g/L: 0.00026 * 138 = 0.03588g / L

Factor in dilution: 100/5 * 0.03588g/L = 0.7176g/L (the dilution was 5ml of the 250ml solution diluted to 100ml)
Scale to 250mL: 0.7176/4 = 0.1794g/250mL

Percentage salicylic in sample: 0.1794/0.20 * 100 = 89.7%
Percentage aspirin in sample: 100% - 89.7% = 10.3%

Actual yield from 3g salicylic acid: 2.21/100 * 10.3 = 0.23g
Theoretical yield from 3g salicylic acid:
n(aspirin) = n(SA) = 3g/138 = 0.0217 mol
= 3.91g aspirin

Percentage yield: 0.23/3.91 * 100 = 5.88%
