They are both under estimated, or at least legal unless everyone got like 100% on the exam.
If you think a triple A+ in legal will give no lower than 45, you're dreaming.

Edit: or even no lower than 40, also dreaming.

just curious why do you believe that? or maybe its just because legal is super competitive or something that you have to be getting the upper A+ range to secure a 40+. That seems very strange to me...

Because 45+ is top 2% and A+ is around top 10%, 40+ is around top 9%. Hence a triple A+ generating a study score lower than 45 is not just possible, but likely.

Well at my school it is our second best subject and people were getting A's and B's got GA's with an A+ in the exam because everyone did well and there was something like 15 40+'s. There were three kids who got full A+ for all three areas and one got a premiers award, another got a 49 and another 47. It must be down to the strength of your cohort in the exam or something. If three high A+ doesn't net me a 45+ I'll be severely disappointed. We'll see come December!

I have the same app for psychology and have taken the results with a grain of salt but it is fun to play around with.

In the blurb it does say "does not take into account the GAT or stat mod"

If I put in A+ for GA1, GA2 and exam it predicts 45 plus.

However the app has the ability to actually enter percentages.    90-93% for all 3 assessments = 42 plus; 95-99% = 45 plus, 100% = 48 plus

There are gaps in the score prediction though - for example all 89% = 42+ all 88% = 39+.

The app isn't designed for your school. Yes, three high A+ would bet you 45+. In no way, shape, or form does that meant that three A+s guarantee 45. It's not down to my cohort. Or your cohort. It's down to what three A+s could mean. It could mean a 38. Putting "45+" implies that you couldn't feasibly get any lower. Which is horribly wrong.

I don't have any science subjects (and I only have further maths, so be very wary of the answers for methods and spesh) so I really, really wouldn't advise believing the next ones. Regardless:
Physics: 37+

Chem: 35+

Hahaha not taking into account statistical moderation is problematic. The whole point behind not being able to say 80% average in my assessments = this study score is BECAUSE that is adjusted to be equivalent from school to school

I also can appreciate the procrastination value of predicting your score - see the thread on GA percentage -> study score range. It helped me predict my bio score!
