Criticism accepted. Look, I did say at the beginning that I had no idea how reliable the app was. I thought that some people might appreciate it as a rough idea, because as far as accuracy goes for any study score calculator, it's incredibly ambiguous. Raging about it in the comments won't help.

(Not annoyed at you specifically, just feels as though trying to help is a stupid idea? And it shouldn't be, we're all just a bunch of losers trying to get through this year, let's just be supportive.)

ya we appreciate the effort. we arent mad, just warning people not to bank on the scores this calc gives him in future, but sure it could give a ballpark figure for prospective students

great idea though :)

99.96 pls

I don't have Chinese sorry, and I'm guessing the weighting of the subject is different because of oral exams, so putting scores into the calculator for English wouldn't work well. Regardless, I did it using English, it said 42+.

Legal is 45+, English is 42+. I don't have any of the other subjects, but pretending they have the same GA weightings as English:
Psych: 30
Economics: 35+
Politics: 35+
2013: Psychology [35]
2014: Legal studies [40] Further [44] English [42] HHD [41] Literature [33]

To everyone taking the opportunity generously provided by clidedescope, please know that this app seems to vastly overestimate study scores, even though it underestimated Further.

An A+ A+ A+ in Legal could net you under 40, and a B+ A+ A+ in English could net you like, under 38.
✌️just do what makes you happy ✌️

I don't have any of these subjects, but putting them into the subject that suits best:
Methods: 33+
Chem: 39+
Biol: 39+
Politics: 35+
English Language: 35+

Also please note what has also been said, I'm not going to take liability for anybody's disappointment at the end of the year.

They are both under estimated, or at least legal unless everyone got like 100% on the exam.

Does anyone know whether say getting 95% in further and business and on the exam 90% will get you? Will it be same score what is more competitive? What do you think it'll net you?

Say the sacs moderations was same for both and not moved up or down.

Just interested thanks.

go on vcaa and go to the statistics page for those subjects and look at what the a+ cut off was last year. if you can meet A+ for each GA you will get at least a 40 by definition, unless all three scores are literally on the A+ cut off you might get a 39

I doubt that A, A+ and A+ in BM would net you 42+ unless that A+ on the exam was very high and close to full marks, while that A was also only maybe a mark off an A+.
I would take this advice with a grain of salt. I can personally speak and tell you that my Chemistry SAC marks scaled up 3 letter grades. I wouldn't just start making presumptions this early on in the year, because with my raw SAC marks I was looking at ~25 but that changed significantly due to the exam. The exam matters.
