Class of 2017 Discussion Thread!

These holidays were pretty boring, I ended up leaving my holiday homework to last minute (still haven't finished). My term 4 is 10 and a half weeks long. I have about 7 weeks of school until exams and the VCE transition program ^^

Wanted to do a lot more these holidays, but I managed to do atleast 2-3 hours most days. Didn't help that the Rugby World Cup and League World Champs started these holidays, hence a lot of late nights.

Haha, sorry for thread-jumping, but that's a pretty big workload for year 10!
I've probs done 2 hours of homework all holidays* lol.
*Not including just like non-homework learning. Each item sold separately (you know, from TV?  )
AFL was a total let down.

How's everyone's holidays been? Are we pumped for the final leg of the year?
How long are people's term 4s? I know I only have 5 or so weeks of classes before exams and orientation.

Yeah, I have five weeks as well. My main goal is to do better than midyear exams, and I'll be happy. Aiming for at least an A in all subjects, but obviously I have to study heaps to be able to do that!  But I'm determined not to let myself down like I did in midyear exams.

Does extended investigation count as your English?!

Nah it doesn't, Photon should be doing either English or EAL as well as those.
I'm in a similar situation to Photon, however tossing up between 3/4 Bio and 3/4 Physics.

Also, unless you did 1/2 physics this year then I wouldn't advise you doing 3/4 physics next year.
Bio 3/4  wouldn't have that much of a detrimental effect if you were to skip 1/2 though.
