I have an exam on Monday, and I was just wondering if anyone has any tips on how not to get anxious or psych myself out? I find that when I do any test, I have trouble thinking and my brain turns to mush. I'm not sure how to avoid that. Half of me is confident, the other half is thinking of all the possibilities of failure.

I always knew my methods exam 2 was my strength, so i slept like an overfed bunny chilling under a shade tree on a summer afternoon, but before exam 1 i didnt sleep at all (i think i slept 3 times of 20 min intervals) coz i always felt unprepared for exam 1 (my results reflect this). . so if you feel prepared, just chill fam u got this
i like drinking milk before sleep coz it comforts me, and just have fun the night before!
