@babushka

Don't worry man! I didn't do too well this year but it doesn't mean we don't have a chance next year. It's only one subject you did! You got 5 subjects next year and it's okay if one you did this year was not up to expectations. I got a 36 for biology, 31 for extended Investigation, 40 for religion and society and a 19 for texts and traditions - and considering how much work I put in this year, this is bullshit. I didn't meet any of my high ass expectations (except for T + T and ext. Investigation) because I thought getting a 45 was easy lol, but I'm glad it's over.

Don't let it get to ya, it hasn't even started!  All the best :))

Yup. And do I regret it? Not really, I just like learning the material. Not so good at exams though, as evident with my scores. Gotta keep yourself occupied when you don't wanna hang out with the local gossiping folks 'round here :P

Hmmm, but the selection was based on three stages of interviews where you basically had to talk about yourself and stuff outside of science, dreams, aspirations, life values etc. I'm pretty sure I read in some tips guide that going to the interviews and just being like "here's how to prove the schrodinger equation" would not get you very far haha. Most of the people going to it are very out there and chill  8)

Legit anyone going to session C?

To everyone out there who has their Learners permit....

How do you have time to drive? I've had my permit for a bit over a year and I've only done 13 hours!!

How many hours do you guys have? Do you drive everywhere?

It's kind of tough, and you do have to make sacrifices. But just remember that it will be worth it eventually when you have your license... 8)

Whenever someone in my family needs to go somewhere (generally on the weekend) I make sure that I drive them there; which can be incredibly boring and seem like a waste of time, but its pretty much the only way for me to get experience.

Haven't gotten mine yet, I'll probably go do the test after Christmas when I have money. I'll be racking in around 2 hours weekly or so once I get it though because I go out to my grandparents' place on Saturdays to help them with yardwork and all that other stuff they can't do.

tbh I've been putting it off for nearly a year now because I think cars are dangerous and scary, so maybe not  ::)

I dunno, I might go for spesh (and/or Methods) but they're a little bit inconveniently timed for me. Which ones are you planning on going to?
