wtf legit? Do you only have 4 periods a day?
My school has 40 min periods :3 - but like for the double periods we get 10 mins at max for studying so the same still applies

Just going to pop in here and say that at my school we have three 110 minute periods a day (obviously with spares and no Wednesdays).

Wait what.. 6 hours of class a day.. and how long is recess and lunch? So you are at school from say 9-4/5? Ah.. thats why when i go to the dentist at 4pm theres still heaps of kids around.. i thought all schools finished at like 3-4

8:45 - 3:25 for me. Thursday's are 8:45 - 3:45 though because of mentors.

9 - 3:15 at mine, with four 73 minute lessons (very specific), haha

I've never actually been to a school with super specific times but my friend goes to one and she finishes school at 3:01

i have the same teacher for both these subjects, and in EVERY class he goes through powerpoints (one of his powerpoints was 100 slides long no joke) and talks for the whole hour, only leaving us with around 15 mins to actually do some work.

I don't know about others, but I hate doing work in class. Sometimes in Accounting we get 1 whole lesson (45 mins) to do work... Firstly I think teachers should use their class time to teach and then it's up to the students to get the work done outside of class. Secondly, personally I find it a lot easier to do work at home with no noisy students around

I know a guy who dumped his girl friend just to focus on VCE .......  i get it, school comes first but sheeeeeesh tad extreme.
