sames, i was completely shocked when i recieved my score.....
i got a C+
given that i get a A or A+ in the next exam, what is the maximum possible study score yous think i can attain?
i was expecting an Min A. I don't know what the fuck went wrong...
I'm going to get it marked again.
Wellcome to my world
same here i was expecting at least an A but i got a B+ i guess must've been a high B+ but still a bit disappointing,if u got to remark or whatever what are the chances of ur actual score changing?taking into consideration that it was crossed marked by 2?

well i heard that, if you get your exam paper remarked, If they find that your results are lower than it originally was, then thats score is final.
So you have a chance of actually getting lower, ow well wtf. Im still going to do it.

What I was trying to say before was that as far as I know, the process you describe as "getting a remark" doesn't exist.

I've never ever ever ever heard of anyone 'getting a remark'. Your best chance is ordering an inspection of the script, looking through it with your teacher and seeing if there seems to be some massive discrepancy. If that is the case, as I have argued before on VN, VCAA HAS to do something about it.
a friend who did bio last year tried to get her exam re-marked and it somehow didn't work. i didn't ask for more details but i suspect re-marking would be a fairly complicated process.(as Costargh suggests, maybe this process doesn't officially exist).. however, i heard from a lecturer that one of his past-year english student got his/her study score shifted from 48-50 after the so-called "remarking". Like moshi, i also doubt the reliability of this.

I wonder how much administrative manpower would be required for such a process, as a large proportion of students would probably ask for an inspection. VCAA needs to payyyyyyyyyy $$$$$$$

I will further elaborate:

There is no official policy on remarking. You can't simply call up and request a remark.
If you purchase a statement of marks and get an inspection of your script and look at it with your teacher/a senior person at your school and you can both clearly identify a clear discrepancy between what you SHOULD have got gotten (according to your calculations) and the score you have been given, its obvious that the VCAA HAS to do something about this.
Otherwise major lawsuits styles going down on their arse.

You can't simple write in and say "please remark my exam" , as far as I know.

If you want to try find out if there has been a mistake, follow my instructions I have stated above. It's probably your only chance.

Hey guys,

Found out my exam mark today for accounting. Accounting is definitely not one of my favourite subjects at all, and I kinda made a mistake with choosing it in the first place, as I didn't do Unit1+2. I got a B for my exam, and I thought all-in-all that was pretty good.

Basically, what sort of study score do you think I can achieve if I get:
B for SACs, B for both exams? My school is generally quite strong, and is one of the top few in the state.
