time to workout?

with exams coming up , and all the school work to complete im not finding time to workout. I usually have a weights session at 10pm / 11pm on school nights for a hour and sometimes that means finishing at around 12:30am become off all the school work i have. Usually i come home around 3:30 relax until 4 and then study till 10-11 , i've tried mixing it up by having it around 5-6pm however i just am counter productive afterwoods. I'm not sure about mornings, because i do it in a room in the middle of my house so doing weights are 5:30-6am can cause some problems. Any thoughts? what do you guys/girls do?
