Is a score of 80-90 still possible?

Okay, I'm just kind of really worrying about my ATAR right now, to the point where it's interfering with my exam study. I want to do the UoM bachelor of science next year, via the access Melbourne/SEAS (low financial status), which has an ATAR requirement of 78. I know this isn't too incredibly high, but I'm really freaking out and would absolutely love any advice or help I can get on this : s I also need a 30 in English which I'm not too sure about getting

I'm doing English, Chem, Physics, Methods and Psych, and I've already completed IT Apps and Bio in year 11 (41 and 33 respectively, I really should have tried harder for Bio).
I've ranked first in 3 of the 5 chem SACs so far, and go pretty well in it. I've ranked first in 2 or 3 of the methods SACS, and most of the Psych SACs, as for English, I've been averaging around 85% (not sure about ranking), and I'm ranking second in Physics. The problem is, I go to a terrible school. Dux was 74 a few years ago, and we've never had a 90+ student. We also rank below #640 in the state.

I'm really not very confidant at all in English or Physics, and I'm really terrified of not achieving my English 30 and 78 ATAR (78 minimum, I'm aiming for 80-90+), I guess I'm just posting this to release some of my worries, and maybe get some honest feedback on my chances, and some advice as to what I should be doing to prepare for final exams :/
2013: IT Apps 44~41  Bio 35~33
2014 Scores: Methods 35~41 English 34~32 Psych 45~45 Chem 45~48 Physics 41~43
2014: ATAR: 95.55
2015: Bachelor of Science, Chem or Mathematical Physics major at UoM (hopefully...)

Just going from your Year 11 results, you are definitely on track for 78+, if not 85-90+, as for the 30 in English, iirc you only need a 25 to satisfy the pre-requisites to get into Bachelor of Science.
Even though you go to a school that doesn't get good results, the good news is that you are ranked close to the top if not the top in all your subjects which means that how well you go really depends on how you go in the exams. Work hard and take advantage of all resources available (including this site).
Good luck!

OH MY GOD YOU'RE RIGHT The entire year I'd been managing to look at the EAL score not the regular English score >,< Thank you so much by the way, I guess at this point even reassurance that it's not impossible helps, and thanks for wishing me luck as well!!

Well if your last years scores are an indicator of what you are capable of this year, you will get a 78 easily!

If you get a dead set 30 for all your subjects this year- with your scores last year you get around an ATAR of 80. (80.15, according to last years results)

All you can do now, is just study and prepare for your exams. They make up the majority of your marks and theres still time to prepare and get better.

I guess thats true, thank you! I'm a person who naturally stresses a lot about things like this, so your reassurance is very helpful! By the way, would you guys happen to have any tips or pieces of advice I regarding how much and/or what kind of studying I should be doing at this point? I'm finding it hard to figure out on my own, as again, most people at my school are doing quite literally nothing. I'm trying to do two practice exams a day at this point, plus relevant study on concepts I have trouble with.
