What were some other questions in the exam that were a bit hard / tricky? Starting to forgot what was in it already haha...

I remember a hard one being about whether we could diagnose Dave with having a mental illness based on not getting out of bed, not going out and not eating.

Another was why would (insert researchers name here) want to know the nationality of his patients (in the one about texting them from the fake university). wth was that? I said because different cultures might have affected the way in which we appraise a stressor and therefore whether we experience eustress or distress.

And what I'm pretty sure was the last short answer, with the woman stimulating the left frontal lobe and right parietal or whatever. What does that have to do with hemispheric specialisation? Other than proving that each side of the brain controls each side of the body? It was two marks so I threw in an example but I dont know..

Thats all I can remember without the paper. I wrote the number of the tricky ones down but I can't recall them without seeing it.

Where the symptoms of two weeks not long enough for it to be diagnosed as a mental illness?

I wrote that at first but then crossed it out and wrote that nationality is a cultural factor that can influence the way in which the participants may perceive the stressor  :-[

For the George one I said like biological - if he has continued taking his medication, social - if his family had offered him a place to live and psychological - if he has continued going to his counselling.

It was looking for what "should" have happened to avoid his mental breakdown. Or something :\

And I said these symptoms suggest dave is experiencing mental illness but a conclusive diagnosis needs more information.

For that multiple choice question i said social learning, because social learning is another term for observational learning

In the Grivas and Letch psychology text book it says ''observational learning involves watching models, it is often called modelling (or social learning)''
