Hey guys!!!
i'll just be posting up questions here! So if anyone is up for some physicy fun.... :)

why can't i go
W = Fx = 140cos(23) * 10?

voltage drop across the optoelectronic device in this situation? Provide an explanation for your answer.

in reverse bias there is no current so therefore no voltage across any component?

There's a frictional force. It asks for the work done by the net force. Fnet = Fpushing - Fr

Edit: looks like you can use Fnet = ma; and the pushing force is a distractor here.

Is it 6V? Since the voltage before is 6V and after is 0V. Therefore Vdrop = 6V - 0V = 6V
