Wait so can someone please just state what you HAD to mention for the 10 marker? Because I have no idea if what I wrote is correct, what did everyone else write for it?

Oh and I wrote below the lines when I ran out of space! Is this bad?? Because apparently they won't mark it or it won't be scanned properly..

There was nothing you HAD to write for the 10 marker. It's holistically marked based on the quality of your response generally.

I always write below the lines and it's OK. Legal exams aren't scanned so it's ok. Assessors don't have to mark below the line if it's difficult to read, but if they can read it I doubt they would be so mean as to ignore what is written there.

This year's VCAA exam wasn't too bad actually. The 10 mark question was a surprise, but manageable. The VCAT question was particularly easy, and I was surprised at the low number of higher order thinking questions. Next year's students will be in for quite a tricky shock.
