Unit 4 new study design

Are there any major differences between the old and new study designs? As in are any new questions (eg. vertical circular motion in Unit 3) going to appear and are any types of questions from previous years (eg. transistors in Unit 3) not valid for this year? Thanks.

I asked my teacher pretty much the eact same question in class yesterday (I even mentioned vertical circular motion!), and his response was that there weren't any major changes, but he didn't sound overly confident.
