Thanks for that pi, however it is now time to present the most prestigious award among the ATARNotes community.

It is not often we as users get to witness a person like that of today's winner, we are truly blessed to have met and frequented this forum along side this young man.

It is with great honour that I announce, for a record 7th consecutive year, the winner of the award for AN sexiest Member as the one and only, Captain_Physics.

Thanks so much for the nominations for most supportive/motivating member... I never thought I'd ever be considered in such a way, especially given how I used to act on these forums (perhaps I still act in this way a little bit, I don't know). All I know is that VCE was a rough journey for me, and I found it difficult to find an appropriate outlet to let out my feelings. It was a difficult lesson to learn and accept that not everyone is willing, able or prepared to listen to your problems because everyone's got enough to deal with as it is, and you need to learn how to deal with them properly and effectively. It took me a while, but I did eventually achieve this, and I know that I'm in a much better place because of it. It's hard enough as it is, so I guess I've tried my best to make myself available if anyone ever feels the need to just have a talk with someone. If I can be that outlet, and make someone else feel better from it, then I'm all up for it. I'm more than happy to make the effort to listen, because I understand just how much it can help to feel heard and be validated.

As always, please do not hesitate to shoot me through a PM. Provided it isn't something that can (and should) be asked on the forums, I will take the time to respond.

I would also like to give (unofficial?) Honorary Mentions for English to DJALogical, 24bauer12, walkec, Paulrus, and Yacoubb who've all been helping out with resources, advice and essay marking despite having assessment and exams of their own - way more admirable than me just skipping boring uni lectures to write English exams 


All my votes have pretty much been nominated already, but I will do a collective funniest member shout-out to the ~5 or 6 people who at some stage this year have plagiarized my essays and sent them to me for correction.

And thank you Lauren. Marking work and contributing to resources etc was just one of the many ways I procrastinated my own study. I must say, I feel like marking pieces actually made my own writing improve quite a bit, so kudos to people who allowed me to correct their work.
