How long does this meetup usually go for?
and what do we do other than like eat/talk haha :P

but yeah, does anyone wanna meet up with me beforehand and we can like go there together so it doesn't feel awkward?
knowing me, I'll probably get lost on the way there :P

We could organize a thing for all the ppl getting on the pakky line.

Hmm, normally like 2.5 hours? Maybe a bit more. Not sure, I can't really remember as I've never thought to check the time deliberately lol.
Well, people always play four square, i'll bring a footy, i'm sure someone will bring a soccer ball, LeviLamp(?) might bring Cards Agains Humanity, not sure if he's coming, but otherwise it actually is just eating and talking :P. People splinter into different groups, each always with some interesting conversation that you can flitter around to.
✌️just do what makes you happy ✌️

Soo..Anyone from the Frankston Line? :P

Looking forward to it! These meet ups also provide me with good insight/advice from the older students, as well as an enjoyable day :)

Also, another option is to meet a group of people at Southern Cross, as we might go and get a small supply of food just so we're guaranteed SOMETHING if everyone happens to forget food lol. (Plus, I'll need to buy ice for the esky as well as soft drinks, and there will need to be a few people with me to carry the goddamn thing ;) )

I can volunteer my moral support to this - carrying an esky might be outside my abilities unless 10 people help me, though. :P

Looks like I'm the only one on the Glen Waverley line then..

Don't know if I'm gonna come cause I have to be somewhere at 2.

aw no! Defs come :D
I do remember meeting you last year haha :)

Anyone feeling a bit mehhh about this meet, please please come!

These meet ups also provide me with good insight/advice from the older students, as well as an enjoyable day :)

Last year I swear I went around and asked people what their course was and if they liked it lol
If you're tossing up b/w courses and whatnot, do take this opportunity and ask around... even if no one there does the course you're interested in, at least one person should be able to tell you about a friend of theirs haha :)

Coming on either Pakenham or Frankston line. Either way I'll be the white kid with the leather manbag satchel.

Just wondering, how many people usually come to this meet?

I may or may not come ( probably going to decide last minute  :P), depending on how many Class of 2015 people are there. Do people usually hang out in their small little groups?

I'd approximate about 30, maybe a bit less :). As I said, the larger group splinters off into smaller, more manageable groups, and so yeah, the Year 11s normally find each other and still talk to the older people obviously, but usually in strategic pairs ;). It's not an issue really, Tyler was Year 10 for his first meet up and chatted away with me. The 2015 people should definitely come down. It's a good chance to meet the people who are going to be helping you and ask for some non-extensive advice and stuff like that :)

I will ban you.
:'( I'll do my best to come (have commitments on Friday in the morning because of school so I'll be pressed for time)

Last year when I went, the weather was insanely hot (>30C), we had about 20-30 people come along though for the past meet-ups, the weather has always been extreme (either rainy or really warm).. and at that meet-up there was only TylerAlp and I from the Class of 2015 (provided we were Year 10 back in the day xD) but I'm sure more of us 'Class of 2015' will turn up on the day :)
