The perpetual search for the perfect mechanical pencil

Hello all
For countless years, I have searched to no avail for the perfect mechanical pencil to use throughout the rest of my schooling. I am not alone in this journey; as many of my classmates have joined me on my quest to find the holy grail of stationary.
So far I have come close, but not yet found an instrument worthy to face the rigours of the VCE.

I have come to you, my fellow AN users, for help in my mission.

I need a pencil that fulfils these recquirements:
1. Fits 0.7mm lead (none of that 0.5 nonsense)
2. Has either: a) readily available replacement erasers of a nice thick width, or b) a twistable eraser
3. A metal body (if possible, I would prefer the durability of metal)
4. A reasonably thick size
5. Must be available online with minimal postage costs

Money is no object, as I am willing to pay for a good quality writing utensil that will last me for years to come.

If anyone can point me in the direction of a pen that meets these criteria, I will be forever in your debt.

Regards, Alex

(reminder: get 2B leads for the final exam or you'll end up tearful like me, forced to use one of those crappy 2B pencils whose leads break every 10 seconds)

http://davesmechanicalpencils.blogspot.com.au/2006/12/pentel-graphgear-1000-pg1015-mechanical.html

This one is on my radar, although the lack of eraser does hurt

That pentel does look nice, might have to pick one up

Nope, don't get the first one just mentioned. Will be extremely tedious to write with.

Just get the Uni Kuru-Toga, it automatically rotates so you barely have to click it, a major engineering feat. Only problem is the eraser sucks

Can't remember exactly which one this was but isn't this one super heavy? Because for me I just pick pacers based on how well I can spin the pacer (since I'm a prolific pen-spinner LOL)

Back in the day I used: Papermate Pacer 500 but now I just use this trusty no-brand pacer I got back in China for the past 3 years :3

Pretty hard to go past this: https://www.flickr.com/photos/sultati/5304568770/

I've got one myself and never used another mech pencil since.
