bro i have been following you on atarnotes for years now and my heart dropped when i heard about all the times you just missed out on something, be it your english score or melb uni fucking up the paperwork

I  was just wondering are you able to accept your first round offer, then if by chance you get a higher offer in the second round can you change to that 2nd round offer?

BTW are all offers at Melb. U commonwealth supported? I know someone going to La Trobe and their offer specified that it was CSP but it doesn't say that anywhere in my offer to Melb U?
