i dont plan to major in actuarial or business so do i click general? how does this thing work

Yes if you don't want to major in Actuarial Studies or Business you choose the General stream. On AAD they should give you a rundown of how the enrolment system works(it's confusing) and where to get assistance if you're having trouble.
