Staggered Class Information??

Hey guys,
Anyone know anything about this 'Staggered Class information'? It's preventing myself from selecting any lectures.

I cant select any lectures either. One of my subjects doesnt even appear in the timetable. (ABPL10004)
Not sure what to do.
