I'm pretty sure the 'selection panel' doesn't even know if you do bio or not.

i wouldn't suggest doing bio in your situation. the subject requires too much memorisation in my personal opinion. it will only help you for the first 4-6 weeks of year 1 MBBS. as you seem to be more of a mathematical student, bio could even effect your ATAR because of the lack of scaling and excessive memorisation. but this is only my opinion...
