How hard is physics in year 11 and 12?

From my experience it hardly changed. Physics in year 12 is truly just plug and play, the maths involved is negligible and you really only have to understand the concepts to do well. In year 11 if I remember correctly it was more or less the same, in fact I found year 12 more enjoyable. Just put in a reasonable amount of effort and you should be fine.

There is no advanced math in Physics, so it is actually not hard in that respect. A popular generalisation of the course is that it's "plug and chug with a little theory". Make of that what you wish.

While the maths in Physics isn't overly difficult, it's still not necessarily an easy subject. However, I believe having an attention to detail (making sure things are in the right units) and understanding the theory behind the topics will give you success.
