First of all, teachers give so much work online nowadays so yeah, I kinda can't really turn off the computer. Plus I also do a subject by distance, and now the entire coursework is done online, so yeah.
No offense or anything but whinging isn't the solution. Turn off this screen, stand upright and promise yourself to do work. It's simple. The effects of demotivation is just psychological.
Unless you do the work, don't expect results. Good luck and come back when you've turned off this screen and actually did something and you'll see your and "motivation" levels change in an instant. That simple.
No offence taken

. Your point is true, and I'm not really expecting results
anyway at the moment.
I'm struggling with motivation as well at the moment, however something I have found works for me is staying at school to study during my free periods. This obviously won't work on weekends but consider staying back at school during the week to study and then heading off to the library on weekends. I can never find the motivation to study at home so maybe you're the same?
I just cannot study at school haha!

(not that my friends are distracting or anything)
But it's great to hear that it's worked for you!
